XL or XL Plus? For example: two adults, two children and four large suitcases need XL Plus. The four people fit in XL's seats, but four large suitcases exceed XL's luggage limit.

Travelling with Children

Include babies and children in the passenger count when booking.

Child Seats Policy: Drivers do not routinely carry child seats. If you require one, specify the children's ages in the booking notes and text us on WhatsApp.

Child seats are subject to availability and are only confirmed when Jupiter Cars explicitly approves them.

Children travelling as part of a family must be accompanied by an adult.

Prams, Golf Bags & Wheelchairs

We are pleased to accommodate pushchairs, prams, travel cots, golf clubs, and wheelchairs. Tell us about them before confirming so we ensure your car has adequate luggage clearance.

Foldable Wheelchairs: If folded into the boot as luggage, let us know folded dimensions.

Passenger Remaining in Wheelchair (WAV): Requires a dedicated Wheelchair-Accessible Vehicle. Please request at least 7 days before pickup.

4. Note child seat requests with children's ages
5. State if wheelchair access is required during transit

No. XL's standard luggage limit is three large suitcases. For four large suitcases with four passengers, you should choose XL Plus to ensure safe, legally compliant luggage storage in the vehicle boot without encroaching on passenger cabin space.

Yes. That exactly matches the standard published capacity of our XL Plus fleet (up to 7 passengers, 5 large suitcases, and 5 carry-ons).

Sometimes, subject to specific fleet availability. It is outside standard XL Plus capacity. Please contact us in advance by WhatsApp or email so we can verify vehicle allocation.

Yes. Drivers do not carry child seats automatically, but you can request them during booking by specifying the child's age in the booking notes. Child seats are subject to availability and must be explicitly approved by Jupiter Cars. You are also welcome to bring your own child seat. Under UK law, children over 3 may travel in the rear with an adult seatbelt in licensed private hire vehicles if a child seat is unavailable.

If the passenger can transfer to a standard passenger seat and the wheelchair folds into the vehicle luggage boot, standard XL or XL Plus vehicles can accommodate it (please provide folded dimensions). If the passenger must remain seated in the wheelchair during transit, a dedicated Wheelchair-Accessible Vehicle (WAV) is required and must be booked at least 7 days in advance.
