15-Minute Collection Window: Your selected time comes with a 15-minute driver collection window. For example, a 10:00 pickup means your driver may arrive between 10:00 and 10:15. Plan your departure around the full window, not only its first minute.

Road conditions across Greater London can change due to rush hour, weather, and incidents. Jupiter Cars cannot take responsibility for road delays after collection, so always allow a generous travel margin.

At Hotels: The driver may meet you inside the hotel lobby if safe parking is available. Where parking or stopping is restricted, pickup will be directly outside the hotel entrance or at an immediately adjacent safe stopping bay.

Driver Tracking & Contact Route

Before collection, you will receive an SMS and email tracking link displaying your driver's vehicle make, model, colour, and registration plate.

Direct Phone Contact: You can call your driver directly through the tracking link, or call +44 20 7266 5555 and press Option 2. This is a direct phone route for departures.

Adding Via Points or Stops: If you need to collect another passenger or stop en route to Heathrow, please add each via point during the online booking process. Later route alterations may not be possible once drivers are dispatched.

Booking Both Directions: If you need an arrival car from Heathrow into London and a return car back to Heathrow, remember that each journey must be reserved as a separate booking with its own confirmation and cancellation deadline.

We recommend checking your airline's check-in and luggage drop closing times, looking up the estimated driving duration on Google Maps for your departure hour, and adding a comfortable buffer for London traffic. Remember that your driver has a 15-minute collection window from your chosen time.

Each transfer is booked as a separate journey. Your inbound trip from Heathrow uses flight-tracking with arrival parking included, while your outbound journey from London uses your designated collection time and window. You will receive an independent confirmation and cancellation policy for each leg.

Yes. Heathrow Airport levies an official terminal drop-off charge for each vehicle entering the terminal forecourt. This charge is fully included in the Jupiter Cars quoted price.

For advance bookings departing London to Heathrow, cancellation is free if received at least 2 hours before the booked pickup time. If cancelled later, a £25 late cancellation fee applies. (Note: the 12-hour cancellation rule applies to Heathrow arrival pickups).
