At Heathrow and need help now?
Check the pickup point in your booking confirmation first. Terminal 4 has two different pickup options; use the one assigned to your journey.

| Cancel a booking made by telephone | Call +44 20 7266 5555 and use the automated system or speak to a human operator. Keep the cancellation receipt. |

WhatsApp Text
Useful for pickup help and change requests. Send your booking reference, journey date, and a short description of what you need. A requested change is effective only after Jupiter Cars confirms it.
Voice Call
A normal call reaches the Jupiter Cars telephone system. For a London departure, use the driver-call option in your tracking link where available, or select option 2 in the phone system to connect to your driver when offered for your booking.
Human operators: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 UK time.
Outside those hours: Automated system remains available. Cancellation deadlines are not extended because a human operator is off duty.
Email Support
Use email for a non-urgent booking question, a requested change or a disputed charge. Include your booking reference. If you are at Heathrow and cannot find your driver, use WhatsApp text or voice call for a more direct route.
