Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4
Taxi & Pickup Guide
Pre-book your hotel transfer with Jupiter Cars. Use our photo guide to recognise the hotel, find the car park entrance and meet your driver at the basement reception entrance.
Where does Jupiter Cars pick up and drop off?
Our pickup and drop-off point is the basement reception entrance shown below.
For your hotel collection, go to this entrance at your confirmed pickup time. Keep your phone available so your driver can contact you. Check the driver and vehicle details in your booking before boarding.
If you cannot find this entrance, stay somewhere safe and contact Jupiter Cars on WhatsApp or call +44 20 7266 5555. Tell us where you are before moving to another pickup point.
Recognising the car park entrance
The photograph shows the vehicle entrance signed “Residents parking only” and “Drop off”. This is an access reference for your hotel transfer; passengers should meet their Jupiter Cars driver at the basement reception entrance.
Drivers must follow the signs and access conditions displayed on arrival. If your allocated vehicle cannot use the entrance, contact Jupiter Cars to agree a suitable meeting point. Check any applicable parking or waiting charges when booking.
Book your Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4 transfer
Enter the full hotel name as your pickup or destination when requesting a quote. For a Heathrow taxi booking, specify the terminal you need rather than entering only “Heathrow Airport”.
- Confirm the hotel: Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4, so your booking is for the correct Premier Inn property.
- Choose your date and pickup time: allow for your airline’s check-in, bag-drop and boarding deadlines when travelling to an airport.
- Include passengers and bags: count suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs and oversized items. See our vehicles and luggage guide.
- Share any assistance needs: request child seats or a suitable vehicle before travel and wait for confirmation.
- Review your quote: check the journey, vehicle, collection instructions and applicable charges before confirming.
For collection from an airport terminal to the hotel, follow the meeting instructions for that terminal in your confirmation. The hotel basement meeting point applies to collection at the hotel. See our Heathrow airport pickup guide.
Hotel taxi FAQs
Where do I meet my Jupiter Cars driver?
Use the basement reception entrance shown in this guide. It is the Jupiter Cars pickup and drop-off point at the hotel. Check your booking confirmation and keep your phone available.
Is this the pickup point for Heathrow Terminal 4 itself?
No. This is the hotel pickup point. Airport terminal collections have separate meeting instructions; follow your booking confirmation and our Heathrow airport pickup guide.
Can I book a transfer to another airport or London address?
Enter your destination in the Jupiter Cars booking form to request a quote for your journey. Check the available vehicle options and fare before confirming.
What if I have several suitcases or need a larger vehicle?
Include all passengers and luggage when booking. A vehicle with enough seats may not have enough bag space. Tell Jupiter Cars about oversized items and any special requirements before travel.
Are parking and waiting charges included?
Check your quote and confirmation for the charges that apply to your hotel journey. Contact Jupiter Cars before booking if anything is unclear; do not assume airport arrival terms apply to a hotel pickup.
Plan the rest of your journey
