Published other-pickup terms include ten minutes after driver arrival and notification, then £0.40 per minute waiting. Other advance journeys have free cancellation at least two hours before pickup; later cancellation incurs £25. Confirm these terms in your booking.
Review the accepted quote before payment. Ask whether Heathrow’s departure drop-off charge is included for your Fleet-origin booking; the published London-to-Heathrow inclusion does not explicitly identify Fleet.
